We are committed to help you grow your business and reach your goals with our highly personalised accounting services. The main feature of our On-Site Accounting service is the ability of our qualified accountant to work at your office (available in London zone 1 to 4). Depending on your requirements, on-site services can cover the following:
ON-SITE ACCOUNTING SERVICES
Annual (statutory) accounts
Preparing your company's statutory accounts (annual accounts) according to the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland for the micro-entities/the small entities. Sending a copy of your accounts to all shareholders, Companies House and HMRC.
Taking care of your bookkeeping. By law you are required to keep records about the company itself and financial and accounting records for 6 years from the end of the last company financial year they relate to, or longer.
Helping you to identify your available capital, providing an estimate of expenditure and anticipated revenue. Setting up a realistic budget and sticking to it will increase your chances of success and reaching your long term goals.
Cash flow planning
Planing your cash flow, which is crucial to your business's survival. Having sufficient cash on hand will give you the peace of mind that creditors, employees and others can be paid on time.
Companies House submission
Filing your company's confirmation statement. Every company, including dormant and non trading companies, must file a confirmation statement. It confirms the information Companies House holds about your company is up to date.
Corporation Tax return
Preparing and filing your company tax return.
Producing your dividend vouchers and creating board meeting minutes. If you have any retained profits in your limited company, these funds may be distributed as dividends to the company’s shareholders. Once the director(s) have decided to make an interim dividend payment, the declaration must be recorded in the company’s minutes and you must also provide each shareholder with a dividend voucher.
Producing and presenting your management accounts, so that you have data driven input necessary to make everyday decisions. Management accounts can also be useful to third parties, such as banks in support of your loan applications.
Registering you as an employer with HMRC. Running your payroll on a monthly basis (collecting your payroll data, producing your payslips and payroll reports). Completing your PAYE forms (P45, P60, P11D).
