How does it work? Here are the 5 easy steps of our client onboarding process:
Give us a call, drop us an email or complete one of our online forms. At this stage we will discuss your requirements and tell you how we work, our services, fees, etc. We can meet with you on Zoom, Skype, or perhaps in person? whichever suits you the best.
If you are happy with our Proposal and the payment plan, we will prepare and send you our Letter of Engagement (by email), outlining the services we discussed, along with our Terms of Business.
Once you accept our Proposal and agree to our Letter of Engagement together with our Terms of Business, you get to the final stage of our Client Onboarding Process; invoicing and payment.
You will need to make your payment by bank transfer or set up a direct debit if you choose to pay monthly. Our low monthly payments allow you to spread the cost of services over the year.
Once the engagement is completed, we add your organisation to Xero and invite you in. If you are an existing Xero user, we will explain your options and help you to choose the right edition.
